Hello seekers and curious friends!
I’ve recently begun assembling lists of some of my favorite podcasts, audiobook clips and music tracks that I am constantly digging up each week to keep myself entertained while drawing late nights here in the studio. I love exploring new ideas and hearing conversations that peal back layers of reality, inspire creativity, broaden horizons, decode ancient mysteries and teach us to master our own minds. After years of sharing fringe links with close friends, I’m now excited about this opportunity to connect with a wider audience of weirdos like you.
Please understand that I’m not advocating any of the views expressed in these links, but merely presenting the most intriguing audio content that I’ve come across during these long nights of moving pixels around on this glowing mirror. I often listen to authors with opposing views and nothing is off limits when I am exploring. So, if you’re into challenging everything you think you know about the nature of reality here on planet earth and beyond, strap in and prepare for blast off!

Audio: Stealing Fire: How Silicon Valley, Navy SEALs, & Maverick Scientists are Revolutionizing the Way We Live & Work
“Why has generating “flow” and getting “into the zone” become the goal of the world’s most elite organizations? Why are business moguls attending Burning Man? Why has meditation become a billion-dollar industry? Why are technology gurus turning to psychedelic drugs to unlock creativity?
All of these people are seeking to shift their state of mind as a way of unlocking their true potential. Altered states, the authors reveal, sharpen our decision-making capabilities, unleash creativity, fuel cooperation, and let us tap in to levels of inspiration and innovation unavailable at all other times. Stealing Fire combines cutting-edge research and firsthand reporting to explore a revolution in human performance – a movement millions of people strong to harness and utilize some of the most misunderstood and controversial experiences in history.”
This book catalogues our present moment in time and to reveal where our society is headed in regards to the available information, techniques, tools and chemicals that enhance human performance and facilitate expanded awareness. Areas that were once relegated to the realms of hippies, rainforest shamans and criminalized disrupters are now revealed as becoming not only fashionable, but crucial tools for top performers here planet earth. It seems to me that the barriers of government prohibition, fear tactics and war on human consciousness that have been slowing us down for all these years, are being worn away by the global spread of information, scientific research and technological advances, making way for the next phase of our evolution… Whatever that might be.
Audio: Podcast Interview with Tristan Eaton on Vantage Point Radio:
“Tristan Eaton’s career stretches over as many years as it does disciplines.. From his iconic Dunny and Munny vinyl series with Kid Robot, design work, installations and for the last 4 years crushing the mural circuit .. Tristan’s energy pushes everything forward and is reflected in the scale and breadth his body of work..”
For me, Tristan Eaton has always been a shining example of how far one can take this art game if you are willing to smash the pedal to the metal every day and never let obstacles get in the way of turning visions into reality. Vantage Point Radio is a killer podcast hosted the one and only James Bullough, who is an insanely talented street artist out of Berlin and this is a great interview to get to know Tristan and his work.
Audio: ‘Manifestation’ Visualization Exercise by: Guided Treks
– I realize that this practice might be too far out for a lot of people, but I’ve personally found that by thoughtfully articulating my intentions and repeatedly visualizing what life would be like when they become reality is an excellent way to make cool shit happen! This will likely feel very bizarre at first, but give it a real go and once you get used to the idea, it is actually a highly practical exercise for setting your sights and manifesting your will. The first step before visualizing is to articulate what it is that you actually want. When you can formulate a clear statement of intention, you are on your way to making it become real. For added benefit, also try writing down your intention in a journal repetitively each morning before your start your day and watch what happens! Eventually, you won’t need this silly audio to guide you, but it’s a great way to get started.
